What are the benefits to hiring a VA?

We now live in a tech savvy world and if there is one thing that COVID-19 has shown us, it’s that you don’t need your assistant sitting by your side.  Zoom / Teams still allow for face to face contact, while staying in touch via email and phone have now become second nature to us all.

There are also significant cost savings when hiring a VA as you only pay for the work I do and not the social aspect that comes with working in an office environment.  There are no costs involved with equipment as I already have everything I need to provide you with a full suite of support services.  You also don’t have to pay for things like tax, superannuation, leave entitlements etc and there is also no cost for the “rent” of the desk.

Flexibility and scalability are also important.  As your VA, I am guided by your specific requirements and work to an agreed timeframe.  I work to your needs and your business cycle – scaling up or down depending on what is required at any given time.

As a business owner myself, I understand the pressure that comes from running your own business.  I’m here to relieve some of the pressure by assisting with those administration tasks that take you away from achieving your business goals.

What is the process of hiring a VA?

Would you like to take our relationship to the next level?

The initial 30 min consultation is free.  This is were we discuss your business needs and requirements to see if we are a fit. From that point, we would develop a plan for how we go forward and work together.

All the details (scope of work, pricing, terms and conditions) are put forward in a proposal and when everything is agreed to, a Service Agreement will be issued.  Once signed we can start our journey together.

What are your payment terms and options?

Payment terms are seven (7) days from invoice date and payment is by direct deposit into a bank account.

Your invoice will contain all payment details and will also include the amount of time I have spent working on your business.
